Classroom Goals
To offer a structured yet flexible program which recognizes the strengths, interests, and needs of each child
To maintain an organized environment, offering many choices and concrete materials appropriate to young children, thereby increasing their curiosity and positive feelings about learning
To provide a curriculum with a wide range of activities and experiences which encourage development in all areas: cognitive, receptive and expressive language, gross and fine motor skills, social and emotional needs, creativity (art, music, dramatic play), science and nutrition
To assist families when necessary in obtaining social service referrals and parent education
